RAD and Public Housing Waitlist Opening June 3rd

Prichard Housing Authority will open its Three (3) Bedroom Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Waiting List; and Its Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) Bedroom Public Housing Waiting Lists. 

Applications will be accepted online and can be submitted online with the use of a personal computer, laptop, smart phone, or tablet beginning 8:00 a.m. (CST) Monday, June 3, 2024, until 11:59 p.m. (CST) Monday, June 10, 2024.

Paper applications will not be distributed or accepted. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Applicants must not exceed the HUD Income Limits listed below.

Fiscal Year 2024 Income Limits:

1 Person Household

• Very Low Income: $26,600
• Extremely Low Income: $16,000
• Low Income: $42,600

2 Person Household

• Very Low Income: $30,400
• Extremely Low Income: $20,440
• Low Income: $48,650

3 Person Household

• Very Low Income: $34,200
• Extremely Low Income: $25,820
• Low Income: $54,750

4 Person Household

• Very Low Income: $38,000
• Extremely Low Income: $31,200
• Low Income: $60,800
